Our media for our decals is made of the highest-quality, most trusted polyester fabric material on the market - PhotoTex, the original peel & stick, US patented material.
They are easy to apply, repositionable, reusable, and the low tack backing won’t leave you with a pesky sticky residue after removal.
They won’t rip or wrinkle and can stay on your wall for as long as you want.
It is Class A fire rated, non-toxic, biodegradable and free from harmful phthalates and any VOCs.
Our decals are almost immortal! They can be reapplied over and over… but once the adhesive collects too much dirt, dust or fibers it will become less effective and may not stick as well.Freshly painted walls? Lucky you! But we recommend waiting at least 2 months before applying our decals for optimum results. Please make sure the wall has been properly primed and paint is not flaking. If not, we recommend that you prime your wall with a self-adhesive prep coat (for eg: http://www.viponds.com.au/digital-print-prep-products) prior to application and allow it to dry for 24hrs. We can’t guarantee that your wall stickers will adhere to textured surfaces and we can’t guarantee the quality of the bond between the existing paint and the existing wall. Our decals can be used outdoors but please choose a position that ensures it is protected from the elements. Please note: this DOES NOT include our custom photo products as they are printed with water-based inks which will bleed if wet.
Printers and Inks
We care about your indoor air quality and only print using water-based inks for our “custom photo products”, Art prints and UV inks for all the rest. Both are completely VOC free and contain no Hazardous Air Pollutants (non-HAP).
We print everything to order in-house.
Photo Product Image requirements and FAQ's
What are the recommended Resolution size for photo products? The recommended Resolution/PPI size for each "Photo Product Size" is listed beneath the "Choose Images" button on the "Product" Page.
How big can I print a photo? Is my photo size large enough? You will need to know the Resolution of your image. Image resolution is described in PPI, which refers to how many pixels are displayed per inch of an image. Higher resolutions mean that there are more pixels per inch (PPI) resulting in more pixel information & creating a high-quality, crisp image. Pixel size recommendations are on the product page.
How do I find out what my Image Resolution is on Windows PC? Select the file you want to use. Right-click on the image & then select "Properties." A window will appear with the image's details. Go to the "Details" tab to see the image's dimensions & resolution.
How do I find out what my Image Resolution is on MAC OSX? Select the file you want to use. Right-click on the image and then select "Get Info". The image information window will open & you can find the image dimension and resolution under the "More Info" tab.
How do I find out what my Image Resolution is on iPhone? Select the image you want to use. Click on the "ℹ︎" at the bottom of the screen and the image's dimensions and resolution are displayed.
Why does my Photo look unclear in the "preview"? The preview image you see when clicking "preview" is kept at a small size in order to upload and download quickly but the print file will be kept at its original size (max 4000 pixels) so you can expect your printed photo decal to be as crisp as the original image you upload.
Why won't my photos upload to the custom photo product? Internet speed can sometimes be slow and it does affect the uploader especially when uploading big files. It can take up to a minute before your uploaded image appears in the Preview after cropping it. If nothing happens try to connect your computer to your mobile hotspot or try later when the internet speed is better.
