Wonderful Rewards Terms & Conditions.

  1. Wonderful Rewards Membership  
    1.1 The Wonderful Rewards, Wondermade loyalty program (the “Program") is offered by Wondermade (“Wondermade” or “we” or “us”) to eligible and participating customers making purchases and to potential customers on our website (located at wondermade.com.au) (“Site”).  
    1.2 These Member Terms apply to the operation of the Program, the use of the Loyalty vouchers, and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Program.  
    1.3 These Member Terms are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Benefits, including without limitation our Privacy Policy, Website T&Cs and other relevant Wondermade policies and/or terms and conditions.  
    1.4 Individuals who join the Program (“Member”) agree to be bound by any applicable terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Member Terms ("Member Terms"). By agreeing to these Member Terms, you are entering into an agreement with Wondermade, and agree to comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations, whether domestic or international.2.   2. Membership Criteria  
    2.1 The Program is accessible to both Australian and international residents who are at least 18 years of age.  
    2.2 Participation in the Program is restricted to individuals only; it is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or any entity other than an individual, unless prior written approval is granted by Wondermade, at its sole discretion. Each individual is allowed only one account within the Program. 
  3. Membership Agreement and Acceptance of Terms  
    3.1 By signing up for the Program, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to adhere to these Terms, and that you are at least 18 years old, possessing the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Member Terms.  
    3.2 All terms, conditions, and policies linked to or found on the Site, including our Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions, are incorporated into these Member Terms. You commit to following all such stipulations while participating in the Program.  
    3.3 Wondermade reserves the right to disqualify Members who breach any of the Member Terms.
  4. Wonderful Rewards’ Right to Modify/Cancel Program  
    4.1 Wondermade reserves the right to adjust, limit, alter, or discontinue the Program, its structure, any related features, or these Member Terms at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Member Terms may also be applied retroactively to Members.  
    4.2 By continuing to participate in the Program, you acknowledge and accept these modifications.

     

     

  5. Membership Enrollment  

    5.1 Individuals may join the Program by creating an account on the Site. A person will be recognized as a Member once they sign up online or utilize the account provided by Wondermade, or when the Member receives a login and/or earns or redeems Benefits.  

    5.2 When enrolling in the Program, Wondermade will collect the Member’s full name, email address, contact phone number, mailing address, and postcode, with additional details such as date of birth being recorded optionally.  

    5.3 It is essential for Members to provide accurate and complete information when setting up an account, and Wondermade reserves the right to decline membership to any individual who does not adhere to the enrollment criteria.  

    5.4 Members are encouraged to promptly inform Wondermade of any updates to their personal account information, including name and/or email address, by visiting wondermade.com and adjusting their Member account. If a Member fails to provide or update their correct details, Wondermade may be unable to contact them regarding their membership, Benefits, exclusive offers, or competition entries. Wondermade is not responsible for any issues stemming from a Member's failure to notify them of detail changes, which may affect the Member's ability to receive Benefits or may result in a downgrade of their tier status.  

    5.5 Upon joining the Loyalty Program, the Member will be assigned to a Loyalty Program tier based on the transaction spending that qualified them for membership. Information regarding the tiers can be found on our Wonderful Rewards page.  

    5.6 Any Members who were part of Wondermade before the start date of their Wonderful Rewards membership (Commencement Date) will be assigned to a Loyalty Program tier according to their Spend Balance from the twelve (12) months leading up to the Commencement Date and will be considered to have accepted the Member Terms effective from that date.

    Right To Revoke

    6.1 Wondermade retains the authority to cancel the membership of any participant in the Program and/or withdraw any or all benefits that the participant might receive, should Wondermade choose to do so at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

    6.2 A participant can terminate their membership at any time by reaching out to anette@wondermade.com.au.

    6.3 Wondermade has the right to alter, reject, or discontinue a participant’s account in the Loyalty Program without prior notification or justification, exercising its absolute discretion.
  7. Digital Wallet (Account)  
    7.1 When you create a user account for the Program with us, Wondermade will automatically create a digital wallet to keep your account details safe.  
    7.2 By signing up for an account with Wondermade, you consent to the storage of your information, which includes, but is not limited to, data regarding your transactions. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, or harm you may experience related to the storage of this information on our Site.  
    7.3 The expiration date of your Wonderful Rewards will be shown in your account. Please make sure to take note of the expiration date to ensure that you redeem your rewards before this date. Wondermade is not liable to provide compensation or permit late redemption for any Members who do not redeem their Wonderful Rewards before they expire.  
    7.4 You can check the remaining balance of your Wonderful Rewards in your account. Once your rewards have expired or your balance is depleted, any unspent value cannot be utilized or redeemed by you.
  8. Data, Privacy, and Program Communications  
    8.1 To qualify for select benefits, offers, and updates, a Member must provide a current, valid email address. It is the Member's responsibility to inform Wondermade of any changes to their email address by updating their account information online. Members can use the ‘forgot password’ feature whenever necessary.  
    8.2 By becoming a Member, the individual agrees to receive communications regarding marketing, exclusive Member promotions, product offers, and other promotional activities through email, SMS, and various other channels.  
    8.3 Wondermade will also utilize these communication methods to inform Members about their tier status, notify them of their eligibility for benefits, communicate Program updates, and more.  
    8.4 Our Privacy Policy is applicable to all Members. For details on how Wondermade collects, uses, stores, and manages personal information and data, as well as how we communicate with you, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  9. Valid Purchases  
    9.1 With the exception of the exclusions listed below, any purchases of goods and/or services made on the site, after applying promotional offers (including the use of points), will qualify as “Valid Purchases” and will contribute to your Member Program tier status.  
    9.2 Exclusions: The following purchases or amounts are not considered Valid Purchases:  
    (a) shipping fees and charges;  
    (b) all purchases made with a gift card; however, purchasing a gift card itself will be classified as a Valid Purchase; and  
    (c) certain items or merchandise that are specifically designated as not qualifying as Valid Purchases at the sole discretion of Wondermade from time to time.
  10. Points Accumulated from Qualified Purchases  
    10.1 For each AUD $1.00 spent on an Eligible Purchase, the Member will earn 1 Point, where each Point holds a value of AUD $0.10. Consequently, if a Member spends AUD $100, they will accumulate points worth AUD $10.00 ("Benefit").  
    10.2 Wondermade retains the right to modify the Program Benefits and the points-to-value ratios at its sole discretion, without prior notification.

  11. Program Benefits and Details

    11.1 All perks offered to Members at any time may be altered.  
    11.2 Benefits that include complimentary or expedited shipping are exclusively available to residents of Australia.  
    11.3 Birthday rewards will be granted on a Member’s birthday. The yearly birthday rewards are only accessible to Members on the Site. To redeem these rewards for a voucher, a Member must be logged into their account, and the voucher should be utilized within the specified time frames outlined in their account.  

  12. Redemption of Benefits
    12.1 To utilize any Benefits while shopping online on the Site, a Member must be logged into an active account.  
    12.2 Benefits will be redeemed in AUD as a Voucher in fixed increments of $10 (up to $100 per order) and will be distributed proportionally across each item purchased, depending on the percentage that each item contributes to the overall total.  
    12.3 Benefits redeemed as a Voucher can cover a maximum of 50% of the total Eligible Purchase amount. Benefits cannot be used in combination with any other discounts, including but not limited to Final Sale or other promotional codes, unless otherwise specified, and only one Benefit may be redeemed for each transaction.  
    12.4 Every Benefit has an expiration date shown on the account, after which it will no longer be eligible for redemption. Wondermade reserves the right to modify the expiration date of any Benefit at its discretion and without prior notice.  
    12.5 Wondermade will not be liable for any inability to redeem Benefits due to any reason, including but not limited to software or hardware failures or other technical issues encountered on the Site.  
    12.6 In the event that an online order is partially cancelled or refunded, Wondermade will automatically adjust or reverse the corresponding Benefits previously awarded to the Member for that transaction.  
    14.7 Members can check their Benefits at any time by logging into their account on the Site.  

  13.  

    No Transfer
    13.1 Program Benefits cannot be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned, or traded, including but not limited to situations involving death or domestic relations matters. Any such actions will result in the cancellation of the Member account. Benefits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
